2-Chloro-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane (CTMDP) is a highly reactive phosphitylation reagent widely used for the derivatization of hydroxyl groups in biomass samples. The reagent enables efficient chemical modification of Hydroxyl groups, allowing quantitative analysis using ³¹P NMR spectroscopy.
